Hi, I’m josh alley.
This work comes from band tees, wrestling merch, and years spent inside print shops. I’ve seen what sells, what stalls, and what falls apart once it hits press.
I approach every project with production in mind. Color counts, line weight, separations, and real-world constraints shape the work just as much as style does. The goal is always the same. Clean prints. Strong sales. No explaining required at the merch table.
If you care about how your merch looks and how it performs, you’re in the right place.
My Approach
What started with band tees and Attitude Era DX suck-its turned into a career built inside print shops and production floors. Years spent around presses, separations, and real runs shaped how I think about design.
My approach is simple. Understand how the merch will be used, design with intention, and make decisions that hold up on press. Every project is guided by experience, restraint, and knowing when less actually hits harder.
Simple ideas
Strong concepts don’t need overcomplication. I focus on clear ideas, disciplined palettes, and artwork that reads instantly. If it needs explaining, it’s not done yet.
Lasting impact
The goal isn’t a quick hit. It’s merch that prints clean, sells consistently, and still looks right after the first run. Built to last, not just launch.
